Fidelis Care offers health insurance coverage to people age 65 and older, and people who are eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. In 2011, our four Medicare Advantage plans and two Dual Advantage plans offer competitive benefits and access to more than 26,000 providers Statewide. Fidelis Care also offers Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP) to frail seniors who have Medicare and Medicaid, and are eligible for nursing home care, but can safely stay at home with the right support. The program provides a Care Manager, who coordinates services that allow members to get the care they need in the comfort of their own homes. MAP is available in the five boroughs of New York City, and in Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, and Montgomery counties. For more information about MAP, call 1-877-533-2404.
