Our service area includes the counties of Albany, Bronx, Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Herkimer, Kings, Montgomery, Nassau, New York, Oneida, Onondaga, Orange, Oswego, Queens, Rensselaer, Richmond, Rockland, Schenectady, Suffolk, Ulster and Westchester Counties in New York. You must live in one of these places to join Fidelis Medicare Advantage plans.

 

Fidelis Care is a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract. Our contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is reviewed and renewed on an annual basis. The availability of coverage beyond the end of the year is not guaranteed.
