Electronic Payment is a quick and easy way to make a SECURE one-time payment for your monthly Fidelis Care premium.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

You'll need a credit or debit card, or a valid checking account to use this service.

You'll need the following to make an online payment. Gather these items, and then click on the "Pay Your Premium Online" link below:

• The Group ID and Member ID number for each of the members for whom you are making a payment. (This information is located on your most recent bill.) These two items combined will be entered as your Account Number (Ex. FCNY0001123456789) to make a payment. Click here for an example of where to look on your bill.
• Your credit or debit card;
• Or, the 9-Digit Bank Routing Number and Account Number of your checking account Click here for an example of where to look on your checks.
