Special Announcements

Beginning October 1, 2008 FHP members must use a NYS Benefit Identification Card to receive your prescription drug benefit.
As of October 1, 2008 the program will be administered through New York Medicaid.
By now, CenterCare members should have received their new Fidelis Care ID cards.
The new 2008 Quality Care Management Incentive Program description is now available.
Providers are now able to electronically request access to our secure Provider Portal for member eligibility and claims status.
